Got a call from someone claiming to be Hermes saying they’d tried to deliver a parcel, but I never saw anyone at the door at the time shown on my ring doorbell. Then they asked me to pay a redelivery charge before they’d bring it again. As far as I know, Hermes doesn’t ask for any money for redeliveries. Seems dodgy to me.

Got a message saying Hermes couldn't drop off a parcel and gave a link to reschedule delivery, but I ain't waiting for anything. Had a look on my Hermes app and there's nothing marked for delivery. Seems dodgy, probably one of those scam texts.
