Got a message claiming it's from the NHS, saying I've been near someone who tested positive for Covid, and I should email them to get an Omicron test kit. I’m planning to check with my mates and family if they’ve had the same message. If they have, then it might be legit, if not, definitely a scam!

About 20 minutes ago I left a report here labelling it as unknown. I’ve just checked again and noticed my contact tracing isn’t even active, plus when I opened the app it said COVID rules are no longer in place in England. Putting those two things together, I’m pretty sure this is some kind of scam.

Got a call from someone pretending to be NHS track and trace, trying to sell me COVID test kits. Seemed really fishy, so I didn’t trust it. Watch out, they’re trying all sorts of scams now!

Got a call from +44 7305 218822 saying they’re from the NHS and that I’d been near someone with omicron. Bit odd since I work all day at home and hardly go out. Definitely feels like a dodgy scam to me.

I’m a contractor and use PayStream for my payroll and accounting needs. This number called me about something to do with my account, so it wasn’t a random or annoying call. I can’t say for sure if they also ring people who aren’t clients, but from my experience, they’re a legit company doing an actual service.
