Got a message pretending to be from myhermes saying I needed to click a link to stop my parcel from being sent back. Total scam trying to get me to redirect a delivery or something.

I've been getting texts from Hermes for the past three days saying I need to change my delivery date or my parcel will be sent back. The thing is, I'm not waiting for any parcel at all. It's clearly a scam, so I've gone ahead and blocked the number once more.
