I found out that this phone number is associated with the address 21a Plymouth Road, Barnt Green, Birmingham, B45 8JF, registered under the name Stuart Wright. It seems we've uncovered the whereabouts of this con artist! It’s hardly surprising he resides in such a grand property, given that he’s busy pulling the wool over people's eyes!

It urged me to reschedule through a provided link. However, after checking the official Royal Mail website, it’s clear that they typically leave a card at your door if there’s a fee to settle. This message lacked any personal information or specifics about my parcel, which raises a few red flags. It’s undoubtedly a dodgy scam!
