Got a text on me mobile saying my card for billing had failed and to update it ASAP! I pay by direct debit so that was fishy straight away. Double checked with O2 and they don’t even contact customers on mobiles like that. Sounds like a scam to me. Watch out everyone, these scammers are sneaky! 🤬
