got a text with a link saying i had to pay £5 for the corona jab ‘digital pass’ and asked for my card and security digits. then it wanted my bank details to check the card. called my bank straight away, they blocked the card with no money lost, and told me loads of folks are falling for this trick. the real ‘digital pass’ is completely free, so if anyone asks for payment it’s probably a scam.

If you get a text saying it’s from the NHS about a scan, don’t trust it! It’s a total scam trying to trick you. Just ignore and delete it straight away.

I got a message saying I can apply for a Covid-19 pass and if I don’t, I’ll get fined. Seems a bit dodgy to me.
