Got a text saying it was from Barclays about a payment from eBay that I needed to confirm by calling a number. Thing is, I don’t even have an account with Barclays. If it was really Barclaycard, they always send a message from their official Barclaycard number first, then sometimes a follow-up from another. This was definitely a scam trying to catch people out.
