Regarding: Solutions Infosoft's location in West Brisbane Tom Parker and Dean Watson are dishonest individuals running a fraudulent scamming operation. It is inconceivable that this is happening in Australia, as we are not a third-world country. How can a company engaged in such deceitful practices still be permitted to continue operating? This is extremely concerning and deserves immediate attention.

I recently received a phone call from someone named Charles Brown claiming to be from Windows. He asked me to press Ctrl and the Windows key on my computer. Suspicious of the request, I asked for his contact number, which he provided as 0730409898, along with his work ID number 11541327. Instead of providing the requested information, I decided to end the call and promptly received another call from a number 0249573912, which I later discovered to be listed as a scam number. No message was left by this caller.

I have been receiving persistent calls from these fraudulent individuals. Every time I hang up, they quickly call again. I should find a phone that displays the caller's number to avoid such disruptions. These scammers pretend to be from Microsoft and claim to have discovered a dangerous vulnerability within my phone line. They even insisted that I owed them money for this so-called service and threatened to sue me if I didn't pay. To catch them off guard, I managed to persuade them to send me a letter by post. According to them, it will contain a statutory declaration that I must complete if I haven't received any services from them. It should arrive tomorrow, on Monday. Should I consider seeking legal advice, just in case? Surprisingly, they willingly provided me with their phone number, which is 0730409898. It seems they're not particularly intelligent.

I highly doubt that his name is Michael Jack Anderson. Sounds like he's trying to emulate Michael Jackson with that Indian accent. He's just sitting there, waiting for our computer's primary user to reach out to him. But it's not going to happen.

Received a call from someone with an Indian accent (as usual) regarding an issue with Windows 10. Informed the caller that none of my computers actually have Windows 10 (I usually confuse them by saying I have 2 or 3). Suddenly, this became the root cause of the problem according to the caller. Mentioned that I had to end the call and would contact Microsoft on my own to ask for assistance from him upon my return. However, he expressed doubt that my plan would work, yet I insisted that since it was still the same company, they should be able to connect me with him. To end the call, he shared a phone number for me to dial as soon as I was back and ask directly for him using the name Charles Wilson (although his very Indian accent made it amusing).

I played along with the person claiming to be from Microsoft support for about 45 minutes. He said there was an issue with my computer, but when he asked for my credit card details, I suggested sending a cheque instead. After some exchanges, he agreed and provided the address as 624 Chelsea Cres, Minyama, Queensland, Australia 4575. However, I couldn't find that address on Google Maps. His email address was [email protected]. He also gave me other phone numbers to contact him on: +61872000010, 0730409898, and 0898871188 (which seems to be a Perth number redirect). The way he quickly gave me the address leads me to believe he knows someone in Chelsea Cres who confirmed the postcode. I'm certain they will call back since they have tried to reach me before. I'll frustrate them again and waste their time. Be aware that he also tried to trick me into logging into scam websites such as www.anydesk.com and www.150.co.il.

I recently received an unexpected phone call from a woman with an Indian accent, claiming to be from "Windows". Upon expressing my doubts about her authenticity, I asked her for a telephone number. She provided me with a number that is supposedly from Queensland. However, I suspect that the number has been redirected to a call centre located in India or Bangladesh. It's not uncommon for me to receive these types of calls frequently. Interestingly, they always begin with a short pause, indicating that the call is being transferred overseas. The intriguing part is that I am fluent in Bengali. Sometimes, when I converse in Bengali, they respond in the same language and appear quite shocked. In response, I sternly tell them to stop lying and find a legitimate job.

I find it amusing when I need a form of entertainment during times of boredom. Unfortunately, I don't experience boredom frequently. Additionally, an ABN number (ABN: 93609884915) was utilized during an interaction where the call suddenly ended without warning. I simply mentioned that the duration of the call was sufficient for the federal police to trace its origin. It astounded me that they abruptly hung up on me, leading to a surprised reaction. Quite amusing, indeed!

The individual on the opposite side possessed an Indian accent and claimed to be an employee of the Windows Technical Department. I engaged in a conversation with him for approximately four minutes until his patience wore thin and he proceeded to swear at me. This served as confirmation of my suspicion that it was indeed a scam, as no reputable professional would behave disrespectfully towards a customer. I decided to request his phone number so that I could initiate a call back. He willingly provided me with the number, and to my astonishment, upon investigating it online, I discovered numerous reports regarding the same number leading me here.

Alert: Windows Scam Warning! I have been receiving persistent phone calls regarding "my computer." Recently, I have also experienced suspicious calls from individuals claiming to be from "telstra," again in relation to my computer. Please be cautious, as these are both scams.

I received a phone call from someone claiming that my computer was displaying error messages and he offered to resolve the issue. I managed to engage him in conversation for fifteen minutes, during which I pretended to search for my computer. After hanging up on him, he called back. However, this time my wife answered and advised him to embrace Christianity in order to avoid any potential dangers in the future. Surprisingly, he remained on the line, undeterred by her suggestion. Eventually, I grew tired of his persistence and ended the call, expressing that it was he who was wasting our time.

I am truly grateful to have received this information, otherwise I could have fallen victim to a laptop scam. Many thanks to all of you for informing me about these fraudulent activities. The individual who contacted me identified herself as Jennifer Willson, and spoke with an Indian accent. When I requested her phone number, she provided me with two numbers - one was an exact match and the other was very similar. However, when I attempted to dial the numbers, they were both blocked.

Beware and don't fall for their tricks! They will contact you claiming that your computer has a virus and manipulate you into taking actions to fix it. However, their true intention is to lock your computer and then offer to sell you the method to unlock it. It's a significant scam that you should be aware of!
