Seems like a scam to me, someone pretending to be EE saying they can't process my bill and asking me to click on a link to sort it out. Definitely dodgy.

Got a message saying my EE payment didn’t go through properly and that I had to click a link or risk losing my service. I do use EE, but I checked my account on their app and everything’s been paid up just fine.
