It's a proper scam, and the Post Office isn't doing a thing to stop it. The messages are trying to trick people into paying small fees for supposedly unpaid Royal Mail parcels via some dodgy link: https://rb.gyII4wI3 so you can get your delivery.

This is definitely a scam. I got a message saying "Royal Mail - You owe £1.99 delivery fee, pay here https://rb.gy/114w13 to get your package tomorrow." Seriously, what is Royal Mail doing about this? Absolutely nothing! It's just messed up how they let these fakes run around causing trouble.
