Got a text from this number claiming I missed paying a parking fine dated 08/09/2024. Thing is, I never found a ticket on my car, and it wasn’t even out on the road that day - parked all day on my own driveway. They didn’t say where or when this supposed offence happened. The website they sent seems quite legit but I'm not convinced it’s genuine. They say to appeal by getting in touch with the council that issued it, but without a real ticket, there’s no way to know which council it is. Tried calling the number they gave but it’s always out of service. Bit fishy if you ask me.
