I didn’t get a call from this number, but I did message a mate using my usual phone number. When I sent her a reply, the top of my message said “RCS chat with 07301 273854.” I told her to avoid replying to that number because it definitely wasn’t mine. A little while ago I switched from Plusnet to EE for my mobile and got a new SIM card, which had my old number transferred over. Is it possible this odd number is linked to the new SIM, maybe some sort of re-routing? Feels a bit sketchy... am I possibly hacked or something? Would really like some advice on this.
