They called saying they were from the bank's fraud team and kept me talking, then asked me to accept a WhatsApp call, claiming my case had been escalated. Total con artists. Best thing to do is just hang up straight away and call the number on the back of your card instead. When they couldn't provide any confirmation through the banking app, I ended the call and blocked them. They kept ringing non stop after that.
