I received a rather suspicious call from someone who wanted my credit card details. When I informed them that I didn’t possess one, they bizarrely started complimenting my voice and insinuating that I must be rather attractive. It all felt quite strange, and I eventually ended the call. However, I’m now concerned because I had inadvertently shared my debit card number, believing they were contacting me from the bank. Could they potentially misuse my debit card information?

I’ve been receiving calls on my mobile from these individuals, even though my number is registered on the “do not call” directory. How infuriating!
