I get called maybe three or four times every day, always being asked if I've taken out a loan. They ask the same stuff over and over again. Since I've got caller ID now, I usually just don't pick up. Some of their questions are really rude and way too personal. I've even started keeping a whistle next to the phone, and if I do pick up, I give them a blast with it. From what I've heard, it's useless complaining since it’s some call centre abroad.

the man on the phone was really rude, he called asking for someone called mrs morton. ive had this number for like 13 years now, so its clear she used to have it. when i told him that, he just told me to go away and swore at me! such bad manners!

I told the guy to take me off their call list, but he just said no and hung up on me. Proper annoying call.

A really cheeky bloke phoned my mum, claiming she had taken a loan she'd never even heard of. Then he went on to suggest maybe her husband had secretly done it behind her back. When my mum told him to stop bothering her, he got all narky and said she’d wasted his time and money, threatening to send solicitor’s letters. Honestly, if I ever get hold of him, he’ll be the one getting a nasty surprise he won’t forget!

This phone keeps calling my home line roughly 4 or 5 times every day, claiming I’ve taken out a loan with a certain bank. I keep telling them I’ve never had any loan with that bank for that amount. At one point, I went along with their relentless questioning, and they even told me what answers to give their rep to help me supposedly get some PPI compensation. But when their rep finally spoke to me, I explained that I felt pressured to provide false info. They assured me the calls would stop. Yet, I’m still getting calls from this number now.

Absolutely, this number is relentless! We receive calls from them five times daily-just had another one, and someone on the other end cackled at us. What a strange experience!
