I got a call from 07274802110 about some 'payment due' that supposedly I owe.

The person on the phone seemed to know his stuff. I gave him my email to see what he would send me. My phone flagged it as possible fraud, so I was asked to keep an eye on the messages. (I’m pretty good at setting up spam filters if it comes to that.) The call came through to my mobile number.

I got this call from some guy with an American accent saying that a solicitor was trying to reach me about being owed a big payout. He then told me to press 1 if I wanted to talk to someone, but I just hung up straight away. Definitely felt like a scam to me.

Got a call with an American voice saying I was the beneficiary of some big compensation payout. I pressed 1 expecting to speak to someone, but all I got was hold music. Ended up hanging up straight away. I'd say avoid answering these calls!
