Got a robo call claiming they'd charged £370 on my Amazon for an iPhone 7 delivery, which I never ordered. They told me to press 1 if I hadn’t made the purchase. Sounded really fishy to me and I’m pretty sure it was a scam, could catch people out if they’re not careful.

Got a voicemail saying “Dial 1 to talk to HMRC or face arrest.” I hit 1, but it just kept looping the same thing. Tried calling the number again, but it wouldn’t even go through. Quite fishy if you ask me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be HMRC, saying I'd be arrested. Sounds like a total scam to me. I’m definitely going to tell the police about this.

They said it was HMRC, but it’s obviously a scam. I hit 1 just to see what would happen and actually got told off for wasting their time! Would be quite funny if they ring again.

Got a call from what sounded like HMRC, some dodgy recorded message about a fraud probe and that there was a warrant for my arrest if I didn’t hit 1. Total rubbish if you ask me!

Got a call from someone claiming to be Amazon, telling me my subscription was up for automatic renewal. They asked me to press 1 if I had any questions but I ended the call right away because it didn’t feel right. Checked with Amazon later and they told me they only contact customers if requested, so best to just hang up on these types of calls.
