Got a call from this number on my main line starting with 678 earlier today. Then, about 20 minutes later, they rang my other line starting with 685. Looks like they’re going through numbers in order, which I thought was meant to be against the rules.

Got a call from a guy who sounded Asian and asked if I’d been in an accident. I said no and asked if he had. He said no. Then I jokingly asked if he wanted to get into one. He asked what type I meant. After that, he rang me twice more saying "let's have some fun tonight". Quite strange!

I received a call today despite being registered with the Telephone Preference Service. I decided not to answer. It’s noteworthy that I was at Kings College Hospital not long ago, and I encountered a similar situation around the same time last year. I can't help but wonder if my information was improperly shared by the hospital. Is that even allowed? If it is, that’s utterly scandalous!

Some bloke with an Indian or Bangladeshi accent called saying he’s from Accident Claims Helpline. He asked me, “How are you today?” I told him my number’s on the TPS list. He replied that TPS is just for marketing calls and claimed he wasn’t trying to sell me anything. I said he still shouldn’t be ringing me. Then he just hung up.

This number rang me on 16.01.22. I spoke to a man with an Asian accent who asked if me or anyone in my family had recently had an accident. I asked him the company name and he said National Accident Helpline. When I said no and questioned where he got my number from, he claimed I’d completed some Leisure Lifestyle Survey. Then he just hung up. I don’t recall doing any survey like that. Even though I’m an ex director and on TPS, it’s frustrating how these pest calls keep happening and nothing seems to be done to stop them.

They rang me 5 times back to back. First it was an Asian lady, then some of her mates got involved. I asked them to stop calling and she started swearing at me. Then one of the blokes she works with called and shouted abuse as well. Surely something can be done about this?

Yet another bothersome call, this one! When I answered, the person on the other end didn’t say a word and simply hung up. I thought I’d double-check the number, 078245689333, and lo and behold, when I typed it into my computer, it displayed as 078245689353. Isn’t that rather peculiar? Seems like there might be some sort of number jumbling going on!

A guy with an asian accent called me saying I'd been in a car accident within the past 3 years. I asked who he was and how he got my info, but all he did was keep saying I'd had a crash recently. When I told him he was talking rubbish, he started swearing at me, telling me to "go f*** yourself you motherf***er" before hanging up!

Someone called me but hung up as soon as I picked up. There was a lot of buzzing in the background, looked like a call centre. What’s the point in ringing and then just cutting off? Surely there’s got to be a way to stop these scammers?
