Just got this dodgy call from 07243101177, some automated voice pretending to be HMRC, saying I’d be arrested unless I paid a fine straight away. The woman on the line warned me about a warrant if I didn’t comply. As far as I know, HMRC never use automated calls like this, so don’t press any buttons if you get a call like this. From what I’ve heard on the news, it’s best not to argue with these lot either. Stay safe!
