My grandad got scammed big time by Met Plus Telecom. They’re total con artists and cheats, just looking to rip people off. Stay clear of them!

This lot are total cheats preying on the elderly. An old lady living in a retirement home got a call out of nowhere from a company claiming to be with BT. They pushed hard for her to sign up. When she decided to cancel right away, definitely inside the 14 day cooling off time, they made a massive fuss and were really awkward. She's still got no word about her cancellation. Honestly, steer clear if you can.

Met-Plus Telecom is actually quite alright. They offer better rates compared to the big guys like BT. Definitely a good budget option.

Got a call from some call centre, said they're from metplus telecom, trying to get me to rent a phone line for £14.50 monthly including VAT. They already had my name, address and phone number which was a bit worrying. They asked me to confirm my details and even wanted my birth year. I just told them the info was wrong and gave them fake stuff instead. Be careful with these calls!
