Had this creepy voice just say "bye" in this really unsettling way. Definitely not a pleasant call.

this lot pretend to be from talk talk or something, they keep asking ok? ok? after every sentence they say, claiming the internet is getting worse day by day ok. i didn’t mention who my phone provider is or even say i had internet. i just told them i’d contact my phone company to sort it out ok and as soon as i said that, they started shouting rude stuff. so i just hung up. seemed like someone with an accent from far east.
