Seems to be one of those debt collectors who snap up really old debts from credit cards, banks, and such for barely anything. They then hound the person who owes it, hoping to confuse them into making a payment or admitting the debt, which resets the clock and lets them sue for the full balance plus interest. A lot of these debts are super old, like unpaid phone bills from over a decade ago. They rake in serious cash by pursuing just a few debts out of hundreds they've bought for pennies. In many places, once two years pass, you can't legally be chased for it, so it’s basically void. So, the best thing is not to admit you owe anything or the countdown starts again. This huge outfit works across the US, Canada, and the UK.
