07125893317 Summary (Read all comments)

Phone number ☎️ 07125893317 👆 is reported as a persistent scam contact number associated with fraudulent claims about suspicious transactions on users' bank or Amazon accounts. Callers, often using automated messages with convincing voices, urge recipients to press a key to confirm or cancel supposed payments, a tactic designed to steal money or personal data. Many victims describe repeated calls, silent voicemails, or aggressive follow-ups, frequently featuring foreign or South Asian accents and background noise typical of scam call centres. Genuine companies like Amazon, HMRC, or banks do not make such unsolicited calls requesting immediate action via phone prompts. Users strongly advise ignoring the calls, not pressing any keys, and blocking the number to avoid financial loss or identity theft.

Don’t ever hit 1 if you get a call from 07125893317 saying something about Amazon Prime taking money from your bank. It's a total scam, and if you do press 1, they’ll start charging you loads of money. It’s just thieves preying on honest, struggling people - really disgraceful behaviour.

Got a robotic call on my phone from 07125893317, sounded like a woman saying they had to check something about my debit card. I just ended the call straight away.

Got a call on my home phone, but no voicemail was left, so I guess it wasn’t anything urgent. The number doesn’t ring any bells, so I’m thinking it might have been some annoying sales pitch or possibly one of those scams you hear about. Seeing what others have said, it looks like it’s a pretty risky scam to watch out for. I’ve blocked the number now anyway.

I’ve had calls from this number and a different one about six times in the past day, all claiming to be from Amazon Prime - definitely a scam.

Got a call at my place but they didn’t bother to leave any voicemail. After reading what others have said about this number, I’ve just gone ahead and blocked it.

Someone rang me saying there was a £300 charge on my Visa Debit card and told me to press 1 to verify it. I’ve had calls like this in the past, so I just ended the call straight away.

Loads of calls kept coming from this number, so I had to block it. They were pretending to be from Amazon, trying to trick me into pressing 1. Now, loads of other numbers are ringing with the same scam, and I end up blocking them too. Shame you can't get these numbers shut down properly...

Got a call supposedly from Amazon saying there was a £79.99 purchase on my account and to press 1 to sort it out with their team. It was clearly some robo-call. Loads of calls like this keep coming through and none of them are legit - just scams through and through.

Today this number rang me up and when I picked it up, some guy with an Asian accent asked how he could assist me. I told him that he was the one who called me, but he denied it and said I had dialled him instead. So, I just ended the call. Fingers crossed I don’t end up with a huge reverse charge bill again like before.

I got a call from an automated message where a lady speaking perfect English said something about my bank account. The number isn't new, I've had calls from it earlier as well. I just hung up straight away.

This is the second occasion I've received a call from that automated system. I pressed button one and ended up chatting with a friendly young lady who spoke English really well. It sounded like she was in a hectic office with lots of background noise. When I mentioned my concerns about the call, she just disconnected. As I suspected, it’s a risky call. I reached out to the genuine company afterwards, but they had no interest. They told me if I wanted to pursue it, I should get the police involved.

Just got a call from this number claiming to be from the bank’s “VISA department,” saying a £600 payment was made overseas. Classic scam tactic. Watch out, guys!!

Got a voicemail from some automated system about a foreign transaction on my card, but they never mentioned which card they meant. Seems like a total scam to me.

Got a call from someone saying they were Mastercard, said if I press 1 it'll block a £600 payment made abroad. Problem is, I don't even own a Mastercard.

I got a robo call supposedly from the Visa/Mastercard team at my bank, which had me suspicious right away. The message said someone tried to spend £600 abroad and told me to hit 1 to block it. Honestly, anyone who’s dealt with banks knows they wouldn’t ring you up with a recorded message like that. If there is dodgy activity, the bank just blocks it on their own without asking you to press anything. Pretty obvious scam to me!

Got calls from this number three different times today saying my Amazon subscription's due and I should ring back to stop it. Total scam! DO NOT answer or ring them back. They just wanna steal your cash. Amazon would never phone up customers to confirm payments like this. Stay clear!

Got a random call from a guy with a South Asian accent, sounded like he was in some busy call centre with loads of noise in the background. He asked for me by name, but when I asked who he was, he just cut the call straight away. From reading other comments, this really seems like one of those scammy spam calls from over there. Definitely putting this number on my block list.

Got a voicemail from someone saying they were from HMRC - I know for a fact they’d never phone me like that. Seems like another dodgy scam to watch out for!
