The message urged me to press 1 if I wished to speak to an advisor, threatening arrest if I didn’t comply. Curiosity got the better of me, so I pressed 1, and a woman answered, stating she was from HMRC and asked for my name. I responded with, "Well, you rang me, so you ought to know who I am!"
