Got a recorded call from someone claiming to be HMRC Revenue and Customs, saying I owed them money and if I didn’t press 1 right away, they’d send a warrant for my arrest. Didn’t press anything and they just hung up. Sounds like a total scam to me.

I keep getting calls from this number, and they claim to be from TalkTalk’s tech support, asking me to press 1. I really don’t trust it at all. I’m with TalkTalk myself, but this just feels dodgy.

Got a call around 6.18pm, but as soon as I answered, they hung up straight away. After checking out the other comments, I decided not to ring them back.

Got a call on my landline, but they just dropped it after a few rings, way before my answerphone could even pick up (it only kicks in after 5 rings). Tried calling back from my mobile with 141 on the start, but then some automated woman’s voice came on saying the number’s not accepting calls. So yeah, I just ended it there.

I had this random number ring me but no idea who it was. I use a call guardian which makes callers say their name and hit the hash key before the call goes through. Since this one just went straight to ringing without doing that, I'm just going to block it.
