I’m with Sky and thought the number starting 070 looked like a mobile, so I called it back thinking it wouldn’t cost me anything. Turns out it did get charged though. When I rang them back, I only got a foreign voice for like 20 seconds and it ended up costing me 74p. Best to just give it a miss.
