This is a total rip off, they charge you up to £1.50 per minute just for an incoming call, even if it goes straight to voicemail. They took 63p about a dozen times, looks like each was a quick 23 second call. I'm guessing it's when the answerphone picks up?

I got this unknown number calling me and I ended up being charged 63p for just a quick 25 second ring. Honestly, it feels like a total con. No clue how they pull it off but I’ve already reached out to my provider about it, really shocking stuff.
