I’m at my wit's end here! My grandson, who has special educational needs, has taken a shine to this individual he believes is called Chanel, though I've come across the name Sam and a few others online. Unbeknownst to me, he went ahead and rang her on our landline, resulting in a staggering £245 bill to keep my Virgin TV running. Being disabled myself, I’m already struggling to care for him and his two younger siblings since their mother passed away back in January 2018. This deceitful person is making our lives absolutely dreadful! My grandson has ended up spending all his ESA of £180 and his phone credit on her as well. I truly wish for this nonsense to come to an end!
