Exercise caution when engaging with this business, as they have a tendency to disappoint and fail to show up. We’ve been left hanging for almost a week now-truly an unsatisfactory service!

On the 3rd of October, 2019, we were assured that someone would pop round to discuss the installation of aerials in our bedrooms. That day, however, was met with a cancellation. You then mentioned you'd be here on Friday, only to let us down once more. Promises were made for Monday, but that too fell through, with an apology and a guarantee that today, the 8th of October, you would indeed arrive. Yet, lo and behold, that hasn’t happened either. We’ve just given you a ring, and you've now said you’ll come tomorrow. This is frankly ridiculous! If you weren't able to carry out the job, it would have been far better to be upfront about it. We're extremely disappointed with how we’ve been treated throughout this ordeal.
