I reckon it might have been a scam to prompt us into ringing back, likely racking up a hefty bill. This happened not once, but twice, and we chose not to return the call. Strangely, the recorded message was exactly the same both times, and it seemed like the caller had no intention of reaching out again, which definitely raised my suspicions.
