This appeared to be just a missed call on our home phone. We decided to ring back, and an automated voice answered with something along the lines of, "You've just connected." Following that, we heard a pre-recorded message stating, "Hello, I’m Neville Stars. We’re unable to take your call right now," and it went on from there. The moment we hung up, it was clear these individuals were calling through a "Personal Number," rather than a mobile. We reckon that the call could set you back around 50 pence a minute, and it seems the line gets disconnected as soon as you dial their number, right after that missed call.
