Got a call out of the blue from someone saying they were with Amazon, asking if I’d ordered the iPhone 17. I said I hadn’t, and the person, who sounded like they were from South Asia or India, said they’d sent me a special offer even though I never asked for it. They followed up with a text that included a link, which instantly made me think it was dodgy. I said I was going to hang up and reach out to Amazon myself to check if it was legit. After that, the caller got rude and started yelling at me. I just cut the call and quickly deleted the message.

Suddenly, they started getting rude and yelling, so I just cut the call and deleted the message. Definitely seemed like a phishing scam to me. I wouldn’t trust those calls or click on links from them.
