It appears that this was a lottery con artist at work. They call you up, and if you happen to return their call, lo and behold, you've suddenly shed quite a bit of cash on that expensive rate number. Quite the trick, isn't it? Sadly, it’s not very amusing when that phone bill arrives, is it? There’s a whole host of other numbers and aliases these tricksters employ, and a good many of those dodgy calls seem to come from overseas, too.
