10 yearsGot a call from someone with an accent who claimed to be from BT Openreach, saying one of my computers had a virus. She offered to fix it if I logged in remotely. I told her I didn't have Openreach, but she insisted that all phone and broadband services, regardless of provider, use BT Openreach. When I asked for a callback number, she gave me a number that wasn’t even a UK one. I asked again for a proper UK number, and then the line just went dead. Definitely felt like a total scam.BT OpenreachOpenreachUKSubmit Your Own Report (070 3187 7582)
