We've experienced something remarkably similar. She went under the name of Jane Clifford. We were inquiring about a rental property and received some gorgeous photos of a supposedly pristine house. They claimed all utilities were included for £500 per week, with an additional £600 as a deposit, making a total of £1,100. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE CHARLATANS! Their sole aim is to swindle you out of your hard-earned cash. We're relieved we did our due diligence online before falling for their trap!

Be wary of this individual! Operating under the name of Martins Donald, they lure you in with enticing images of a property, only to then hit you with a demand for £1,100 just to arrange a viewing. The payment is requested via Western Union, which should set alarm bells ringing. I genuinely hope this unscrupulous character gets caught soon. Whatever tales they're spinning, don't believe a word of it!
