Got a call from someone claiming to be with Amazon. When I checked my Amazon account, there were orders I definitely didn’t place. The caller wanted me to install some remote access programme, which I didn’t trust at all, so I ended the call straight away. Now I have to sort things out with Amazon, what a nightmare!
