We couldn't help but burst into laughter when we came across these comments! 😂 Honestly, this was the one genuine connection to PayPal that actually helped us fix things. Peter Operton is truly a real person and she’s been a lifesaver for our account, managing to deal with numerous issues and even putting a stop to plenty of dodgy accounts. Apologies for rambling, but Peter Operton does exist and this was indeed her private number - she is affiliated with PayPal, no doubt about it. The people calling this a scam are just too funny!

We've attempted to get in touch with Peter on four separate occasions regarding our account issues. After a lengthy hour-long call with him, she finally managed to get everything sorted out.

We've received calls from this number as well. We also managed to sort out a PayPal query with someone named Peter.

Oi Peter, get your act together, mate! I've tried calling you three times already. What’s going on?

I just wanted to mention that this number belongs to Peter over at PayPal. We encountered an issue but thankfully, it’s been sorted out now.

I discovered that this number belongs to Peter Operton at Paypal. If you receive an inquiry from Paypal, I'd recommend giving him a ring immediately. He’s the only one who managed to resolve our issue efficiently.

This was concerning PayPal and eBay. If you want to resolve the matter with PayPal, be sure to choose option one. Peter will handle it for you, but it might take some time given the numerous calls he’s had to make.

I was given this number, but don't these folks have a toll-free line we could ring?

We've received a fair few calls from this number, and honestly, we haven't a clue who's behind it. To be frank, we’re rather inclined to keep it that way!

Our eBay account has been shut down thanks to this bloke named Peter. I've reached out to them multiple times, only to be told that we're considered "high risk."

It appears this pertains to PayPal and eBay. I’d recommend going for option one when dealing with PayPal. As for Peter, he’ll get everything sorted out, but it may take quite a few phone calls before that happens.

I had quite the laugh with this chap named Peter. I spent a whole two hours chatting away on the blower regarding this number, only to be told, “We’re keen to understand these transactions.” What’s there to grasp? We’ve already paid someone; it’s quite straightforward! Now, attached to that transaction, we’ve got a query from PayPal. What’s the next step? I suppose we’ve got to give Peter another bell, haven’t we? Honestly, PayPal has become a right palaver!

We had such a good chuckle reading through these comments! Honestly, this was the one genuine line to PayPal where things actually got resolved. Peter Operton is absolutely genuine, thriving, and has been instrumental in sorting out numerous issues for us and our account. Plus, she’s been diligent in banning a whole lot of dodgy accounts! I apologise for rambling on, but it’s true - Peter Operton is a real person and that’s her private number. And yes, she is indeed part of PayPal. It’s pretty amusing that some of you think this is a scam!

Peter, we've tried reaching you a whopping twenty-five times this week, yet our PayPal account remains restricted. Could you please resolve this at your earliest convenience? Thank you!

Honestly, I reckon some folks need to stop grumbling so much. I received an Inquiry via PayPal and gave Peter a ring on the number provided. To my surprise, she sorted everything out in a jiffy! Can't fault the service from PayPal. Here’s a little nugget of wisdom for everyone: if you ever spot an Inquiry by PayPal in your account, don’t hesitate to call Peter at 07013139160; she'll sort you right out. They’re simply after details about the transaction, nothing more.

I received this number, but surely these folks could provide a toll-free line for us to reach out?

I've received messages from a former eBay user going by 'bargainschris,' urging us to call a certain number to resolve an issue with PayPal. To be honest, I find this all rather suspicious! For starters, PayPal's UK headquarters are in Dublin, so any legitimate contact number should start with +337********. Secondly, this number seems to share similarities with numerous dodgy mobile numbers. Lastly, even though our own number is linked to our PayPal account, she still hasn’t been able to give us a ring. I wouldn't place any trust in this at all!

Well, look at those two clowns up there! You're quite the geniuses, aren’t you? What a stunning coincidence that both of you chose to comment on the very same day - a day that just so happens to coincide with the closure of our seller's eBay account. Makes one wonder, doesn’t it? Absolute muppets!

Honestly, what a total swindle! This number turned out to be a premium one, which racks up charges based on how long you're connected. The longer you chat, the more it costs! The person I spoke with was utterly fake and had absolutely no connection to PAYPAL whatsoever. It’s clearly a dodgy scheme. When are folks going to wake up to this? It's infuriating!
