Someone called claiming to be from Virgin Media about setting up our connection. They asked for things like our date of birth, bank info, and email. My husband told them Virgin already had all that info. The caller said he'd send an email to prove he’s working from home since their call centre supposedly shut. Then, after about five minutes, he phoned back asking if the email had shown up. My husband said he’d look at his emails the next morning since it was late. Feels dodgy to me - could this be a scam?
