BE AWARE! I suspect this is a call regarding debt collection. It was pre-recorded and the "caller" ominously warned that a "warrant would be issued and my arrest would be imminent" unless I hit "1". THIS IS A FLAGRANT VIOLATION OF OFCOM REGULATIONS AND OTHER LEGAL GUIDELINES AND MUST BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY. Just think of how many elderly and vulnerable individuals may already have been coerced into pressing 1 out of sheer terror. I didn't engage and therefore have no idea what they were after. I'm absolutely furious that such tactics are still being employed. What sort of mindset leads someone to believe this is acceptable behaviour?
