What a complete swindle! These 070 personal numbers charge an outrageous 50 pence per minute. Whatever you do, don’t return their calls! It’s a scam where dodgy individuals ring you just to hang up, hoping you'll call back out of curiosity. Meanwhile, they’re raking in 50p a minute while you’re left footing the bill. A right con, if you ask me!
