We're also receiving persistent calls from this number. Upon contacting our telecom provider, they revealed that it's a company called Matrix plc based in London. Unfortunately, I encountered a rather rude customer service representative who abruptly ended our conversation. We received a call from this number, so we rang it back and a chap named Matthew answered. We decided to hang up after that. Later on, we tried another number from our mobile, 08713110721, and lo and behold, it was the same Matthew on the line again!
