Got a call on 04.04.2016 at 2:07pm. I checked 1571 but no voicemail from the caller. Thing is, the caller ID showed 0586478971, which is just ten numbers, a bit odd. When I dialled 1471 straight away, it said "system unable to transmit number." I’ve told my phone provider loads of times they shouldn’t use that message because it’s confusing.
