7 yearsGot a call earlier today, same old thing with a pause and a click first. Then a man with an Asian accent gave a name that sounded totally made up and said he was from BT Openreach - immediate red flag for me. He went on about how my internet had been changed from private to public settings. I just said that was no problem and I could sort it myself.
