They kept saying they weren’t trying to sell anything, just wanted to give us a report on our home’s condition. A team turned up and inspected inside our walls, the windows, and the loft space. They told us our loft had mould caused by condensation which would soak into the cavity wall insulation, and the only fix was smashing big holes in the walls to get it all out. They even showed us a video explaining how this ‘repair’ works. According to them, only their loft insulation could stop it happening again. Honestly, it felt like a complete con.
