These lot kept ringing me about some free loft and cavity wall insulation deal. I said no thanks but they wouldn’t take the hint and kept calling me every single day. They kept switching up the number slightly, just changing the last digit - like 01, 02, 03, and 04 versions of it. Thankfully, they only had my mobile. Luckily, my iPhone has a block feature so now I’ve shut them out for good.

In just a couple of days, they've rang me four times but I never picked up any of their calls and I don't plan to either.

So this company rang up my 90 year old mum and started asking if she had loft insulation (which she does) and then if she’d used some ‘government scheme’ to swap out her central heating boiler. She then passed the phone to me, and as soon as I said she was happy with her boiler, they just cut off before I could finish what I was saying! Lovely service! Mum’s on the TPS list too, but honestly, that seems to be completely useless.
