I'm still none the wiser about who might be behind this number, unfortunately.

They purport to be a Child Safety Initiative peddling advertising space. Given that the previous company engaged in the same activities has gone under, we can only assume that these folks are resurfacing with the aim of duping unsuspecting businesses into investing in a publication that holds no value whatsoever.
