Honestly, this sounds really suspicious like some kind of terror activity. Someone has recorded a girl’s voice and stored it on their computer or something. The girl’s voice says "hello hello" twice, which feels off. When I tried to track the call, it showed a number from Jharkhand. This definitely needs to be reported ASAP.
