Got a call from a woman claiming I’d set up an account with her firm. When I asked which company it was, she initially said it was an investment firm. Pressing her for the exact name, she mumbled something like “investing [###],” then quickly added some other word I couldn’t quite catch, something like “ub [###].” I told her I definitely hadn’t opened any account with them, but she insisted I’d already deposited £250. After that, I just ended the call.

This woman kept insisting I’d signed up with her firm, but when I pressed her for the company's name, she dodged it at first. Eventually, she blurted something about Bitcoin and how I’d be missing out on making a profit. I told her flat out I hadn’t registered anywhere and wasn’t interested, then she hung up on me. Quite an aggressive approach if you ask me.

Someone rang me pretending to be from British Gas, but I knew straight away it was a scam.

This number rang me about 5 times in just an hour. The first few times I picked up, they just ended the call straight away. On the second pick up, the bloke said it was nice speaking with me, but I told him someone from that number had called before and just hung up. Really frustrating!

Got calls from 07438259190 about 5 times within an hour. I picked up and had a word with them, but they still decided to ring twice more after that. Proper irritating and seems a bit clueless if you ask me.

This number 07438259190 kept ringing me like 5 times in just one hour! Every time I picked up, they just dropped the call. The second time I actually got someone on the line, the bloke said it was nice speaking with me, but when I told him someone from this same number had called before and then hung up, he just went silent. Proper annoying situation.

Got a call from a mobile number, but they somehow knew my name. Bit fishy - doubt any legit company would ring me from a personal phone!

Got a call from a woman with a strange foreign accent. When I asked her name, she said Stacy. She told me she was ringing about me signing up for some kind of currency thing. I asked her to repeat who she was with, and she mentioned something like bitcoin. I told her I hadn’t registered for anything like that and said I would report the call to the police. Then, she just hung up.
