The call ended abruptly with them just hanging up, no explanation or anything. Really unsettling. After seeing what others have said, I’d definitely steer clear of this number.

Totally a rip off. They said they were from Microsoft and that my email had some dodgy activity. As if I’d fall for that rubbish! Honestly, they need to just disappear and stop wasting people’s time. Proper lowlife stuff.

They kept going on about my Windows PC being infected or some malware issue - which is hilarious because I don’t even use Windows! Just Macs over here, so their story was totally off.

For the past few days, I keep getting these silent calls. The other day I picked up but didn’t actually say anything, just waited for someone to speak on the line. Nothing happened. I’ve now put in a complaint to Ofcom about it. Fingers crossed they ban the number so the calls can finally stop.

Got a call from someone asking for my name, so I asked who they were. The bloke said his name was Jack and said he was calling about my home computer. Told him I don’t even own one, so he just ended the call. Felt like a bit of a scam to me.

Honestly, it boggles my mind how some of these annoying callers from India don’t just stick to their own problems instead of bothering decent folks like me.

Totally dodgy and probably a scam! Honestly, best thing is to just block and forget about it! Don’t even bother answering!

They kept ringing! The first time I picked up, no one said anything, so after that I just stopped bothering and didn’t answer anymore!

Last Friday, I got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent saying he was from Microsoft, asking questions about my computer. When I told him if he really thought I was daft, he just hung up - I’d already got a hunch from seeing his number. Then this morning at about 9.40, the phone rang again but when I answered, no one talked. I did a 1471 check and it’s the same number as before. These calls come through pretty much every day between 9.40 and noon, and they've been going on for months now. It’s really irritating and I worry it might scare older or more vulnerable folks.

Some bloke called himself "Windows Support" and told me to type "assoc" in the command prompt. I reckon he wanted to mess about with my file settings to sneak in some malware. Best thing I did was just hang up straight away!

That code 04546 belongs to Theni, a place in South India. If you don’t have family or friends there, it's probably best not to ring that number back.

Today at around 10:07 in the morning, I got a call on my landline from 04546637520. I answered after about four rings, but then the line just went silent. Seeing what others have said about it, I’m definitely not going to pick up if they call back!

My mum got really shook up by these scammers claiming to be from Microsoft. They actually accessed her computer remotely, so we’ve had to get it checked out by some tech people. We’ve alerted the bank and reported the fraud to the police because they were trying to pressure her for money. Honestly, I wish I could catch these idiots in the act. Watch out, everyone!

I got a call from 04546637520 earlier, but it’s the same one that rang me yesterday from the US, only back then it had 00714 in front. This time, they just hung up straight away. I’m pretty sure I’ll get another one today claiming to be from Microsoft tech support or some rubbish like that. My number’s on the TPS list, but honestly, they don’t seem to do much about it.

Some bloke named Leon Clemming rang me up saying hackers from Romania were mucking about on my computer. I told him straight he was just trying to con me. He even pushed me to ring him back on 0800 7789798 after I ‘checked’ if he was genuine. Total scam if you ask me.

My elderly dad, who’s 86, got a call from a call centre saying there was an issue with his computer. Even though he kept hanging up and asking them to stop calling, they just wouldn’t quit. It’s really upset him and caused loads of unnecessary stress.

I received a call claiming to be from Microsoft Windows while in Reading, and it was patently clear that the callers were situated in India. They seem hell-bent on accessing your computer and your private information. They were quite irate when I chose not to engage with them. This is undoubtedly a risky scam. Best to just hang up!

Got a call from someone speaking with an Indian accent, saying they were from Microsoft Windows in Reading, telling me my computer had an issue. It was glaringly obvious it was just another scam from India, quite a tired one at that, you'd think they'd have given up by now. When I didn’t play along, the bloke started getting a bit pushy. I told him it was a scam and just ended the call.

I got calls from someone named Leon Flemming, claiming to be from UTA, and honestly, he’s just some hacker. His English was really poor too, so I’d just ignore any calls like that. Honestly, folks like him deserve serious consequences, maybe even worse than just a fine. Stay sharp out there!

Got a call from some bloke with a heavy accent about my computer licence, saying I needed to switch my computer on straight away. He told me to jot down a licence number and check if it matched mine, giving his number as 08007789790. I explained I couldn’t get to my computer because I’m disabled, which seemed to annoy him a bit. When I asked for his name, he said it was Leon Clemming. I told him it sounded fishy and that I’d look into it before getting back to him. He just grunted and hung up. Pretty sure this is a scam - I can’t imagine Virgin Media doing this sort of thing.

Got a call on the morning of 10th October 2017 around 11. A woman named Susan with a strong foreign accent claimed she was from my internet company, saying my computer was infected. I asked her which provider I had, but she couldn’t give me a clear answer at first, then guessed British Telecom which is totally wrong. Then a bloke named Mike took over and they both came across as pushy and quite rude. I ended the call, but they called me back straight away, twice more. I didn’t pick up and have since blocked the number.
