I picked up this number since I work as a high court enforcement officer, so I usually take all calls seriously. The person on the other end had a foreign accent, maybe Asian. He asked for someone but when I said it was a business line, he just claimed it was a wrong number. Didn't really sound convincing to me. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.
